Since 1991 Key Employment has been committed to giving back to the Mid North Coast community.

Key Employment has grown from 5 staff to 85 and 20 clients to 1200. Our clients have earned over $70 million in wages and paid over $8 million in taxes.

In 2016 Key Employment was named in the Coffs Harbour Chamber of Commerce Hall of Fame for Community Services.

Key hopes to continue our focus in making the lives of people in the beautiful areas in which we offer services better for all and inclusive of everyone.

Since 2013 Key has:

  • spent over $200,000 supporting local cultural and sporting events and Indigenous and Refugee groups
  • supported over 400 disengaged and at-risk young people through our Key Youth Services programs
  • spent over $1.5million to help our clients find a job and keep a job

Key has invested hugely in preparing the region for the NDIS and recently purchased iconic new premises in Coffs Harbour to offer employment, training, disability and youth services to the community.
